If you are dissatisfied with your beads for any reason, just let us know. 


  1. Contact us or send an email to support @beadsandhoney.com within 14 days of delivery to let us know that you would like to make a return.
  2. Ship the items back to us within 21 days of delivery.

The beads must be returned in the original condition. You may want to consider getting a tracking number to help ensure that we receive them.


Unless there is an error on our end, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyers may be responsible for any loss in value. 


Once we receive your item(s), the return will be processed, and you will receive a credit back to your account.


Note:  Due to the nature of these items, custom items or clearance items, generally may not be returned unless they are damaged during shipping. **
